⏳ Return Window

Returns can be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.

⚠️ Return window starts from delivery date, not order date.

✅ Return Conditions

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
  • No damage or alteration after delivery
  • Valid proof of purchase required
  • Photos/videos required for damaged items

  2. Share Order ID, reason, and product images
  3. Wait for approval (RMA will be shared)
  4. Ship product securely with RMA mentioned
  5. Share tracking details
✔️ Returns without approval will not be accepted

💰 Refund Process

After inspection (2–3 business days), refunds are processed as follows:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5–10 business days
  • UPI/Net Banking: 3–5 business days
  • Wallets: 2–3 business days
  • COD: Bank transfer or store credit within 7 days

🔄 Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to availability. If unavailable, refund or store credit will be issued.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Defective/Wrong item: Free pickup
  • Customer returns: Shipping cost borne by customer
